Welcome to our furnished monthly rental in West Pensacola, Perdido Key. This home is set up for comfortable 30+ day stays and is ideal for traveling professionals, relocation, and extended stays. We aim to provide a clean, quiet, and well maintained space with reliable
communication and a smooth check in and check out experience. Please review the house rules and reach out with any questions before booking.

House Layout

Private separate unit with a comfortable living area, full kitchen, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In unit washer and dryer. The
entire home is available to the tenant. No shared spaces.

Are there any rules related to guests?

3 bedrooms with a King bed in each, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Kitchen

Full kitchen equipped for everyday cooking with cookware, dishes, and basic utensils. Dishwasher included. Please scrape and rinse dishes before loading the dishwasher. A starter set of soap and paper products is provided at move in; tenants supply consumables for the remainder of the stay. Please wipe spills promptly and do not pour grease down the sink. Trash should be bagged and taken out regularly to avoid odors and pests.

Appliances

Thermostat: Please keep windows and doors closed when AC or heat is running. Recommended comfort range is 70 to 76. Do not set the thermostat below 68 to try to cool faster.

Washer and dryer: Use HE detergent only. Please clean the lint trap after each dryer load.

Dishwasher: Use dishwasher detergent (pods recommended). Do not use dish soap.

Breaker panel: Located in kitchen. If a breaker trips, flip it fully off and then back on. If it trips again, stop and contact us.

If you have any questions or an appliance is not operating properly, please message us right away.

Garbage

Trash bin(s) are located on the driveway.

Please bag all trash and take it to the outdoor bin(s) after a few days or whenever food waste is present. Keep lids closed to prevent pests. Do not leave trash outside the bin. Break down boxes before placing in the bin. If the bins are full, please wait until pickup.

Parking

Parking is available in the gravel driveway. Please park only in the driveway and do not block access or the street. No parking on the lawn. Maximum of 3 vehicles unless approved in advance. No oversized vehicles, trailers, or commercial equipment without prior approval.

Security

Entry is via a digital keypad. A unique access code will be provided before move in and should not be shared outside the approved occupants. Please ensure the door is fully closed and locked when entering or leaving.

A backup physical key is available in a lockbox for emergencies only. If the key is used, please return it to the lockbox immediately and notify us so we can confirm everything is secure.

Streaming Services?

Roku smart TVs with access to common streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video, YouTube, etc). Guests may log in with their own accounts. No cable service unless otherwise noted.

Food delivery is widely available in this area through DoorDash and Uber Eats (options vary by time of day). You will also find plenty of great local dining nearby, from fresh seafood and casual waterfront spots to pizza, BBQ, and coffee.

Popular local favorites in Pensacola and the Perdido Key area include seafood and Southern comfort food downtown, plus great options closer to the beaches. For the easiest experience, open your preferred delivery app and search using the property address to see the current options.

Other points of interest

Great location for enjoying the outdoors. Big Lagoon State Park is right across the street with trails, kayaking, fishing, and beautiful sunsets. Johnson Beach and other public beach access spots are only a short drive away. NAS Pensacola is nearby,
and the National Naval Aviation Museum is a great local visit. You are also within easy driving distance to Perdido Key, Gulf Islands National Seashore, and downtown Pensacola for shopping, dining, and events.
